By filling out the form below, you can be registered as a delegate to attend  the 1st Panhellenic Conference on Community Music. The cost of participation in the conference includes attendance for April 29 & 30 and the conference materials (conference program, book of abstracts, etc.) and it is as follows:

• General Delegate: 30 euros
• Member of the Greek Society of Music Education: 20 euros
• Student of the Department of Music Science and Art, University of Macedonia: Free entry
• Students of other university departments: 20 euro

We inform you that, in order for your registration to be valid, you must attach the proof of payment from the bank to this form. Students from the Department of Music Science and Art, University of Macedonia, do not need to attach any file, but they must present proof of university student status to the secretary of the conference). at the registration fee is paid to the National Bank of Greece as follows):
